Reading through the HUD Web site on sales of HUD homes through estate agents can see, not necessarily for FHA loans, so presumably the buyer shops for a loan through normal sources. How HUD terminates the owner of that property after foreclosure?
As an investor and not as a landlord / tenant, can I still bid on houses for rent?
