Note that the LP is not necessarily a hedge fund. There is no legal definition of a hedge fund. I should like to refer as an LP.
Then all CDOs will be a failure, but many.
I have no idea what type of CDO, the Fund based on cost, risk, etc., it would be impossible to assess this risk, or chance.
